Welcome to Jim Baugh Ministries Home PageAfter 25 years in pastoral ministry in the U.S., I knew that God was in the process of moving me to a ministry to train and equip indigenous national leadership around the world. Every few years I had been invited to travel to different places in the world to do just that. Ninety-five% of the world’s pastors and leaders have little or no theological training, and Global Training Network is being used by God all around the world to help provide the training they need. That's why we exist: to encourage, train, and equip indigenous Christian leadership all across the globe. This need continues to grow. Mission visionaries tell us that in six to eight years there will be 1 billion new believers in the world! Those 1 billion believers will need 5 million pastors, elders and leaders trained to help them grow in Christ. Our ministry is to help those leaders reach, teach and train their own people with the Word of God, in the power of the Holy Spirit. Who better to reach the people who have yet to hear the good news of Jesus, than those who already are a part of that language and culture? Since November 2008, I have worked with over 1400 pastors all over the world, focusing mainly on ministry is Eastern Europe, Micronesia, West Africa, Indonesia, and Central and South America. We invite you to be part of our mission ministry by helping us teach and equip the indigenous leadership of the world, who can then reach their own people with the good news of Christ! You can become a part by joining our prayer team, our support team, and, if God leads, eventually take a trip with us on a ministry outreach team to serve our Christian family around the world.
